14 years old, and already able to say you’ve jammed with well-known blues musicians.
And not just any musicians!
John Primer & the Real Bluesband, Danny Bryant, and Toby Lee, to name a few.
BluesRock Festival Tegelen, Swing Wespelaar, Culemborg Blues Festival, and Southern Blues Night Heerlen have already had the honor of seeing Luca Holkenborg—because that’s who this is about—on their stages.
The band has now been together for a year, and in that short time, they have developed remarkably. With regular performances, the band has only grown stronger.
So far, 2023 has featured performances at some great festivals like Texel, Venlo, Heerlen, Helmond, and Grolloo, to name a few.
For 2024, even more festival appearances are lined up, as well as various support slots for several renowned [international] bands.
The future of the blues in the Netherlands seems secure!
