Mike Zito is one of the most respected names in contemporary blues rock. With raw honesty, soulful vocals and fiery guitar work, he’s built a career rooted in authenticity and emotion. Born and raised in St. Louis, Zito became a local fixture before gaining national attention with the award-winning Pearl River and his work with Royal Southern Brotherhood.
A steady stream of acclaimed albums followed, including Make Blues Not War, Resurrection and Blues for the Southside, earning multiple Blues Music Awards and top spots on the Billboard Blues Chart. Zito is also the co-founder of Gulf Coast Records and a sought-after producer, having worked with artists like Samantha Fish, Albert Castiglia and Ally Venable.
